The Rio hammock is traditionally handmade in Brazil.

The unique jacquard weaving technique requires a special loom: this makes the fabric particularly soft and comfortable and makes Rio that too.
Brazil also has a particularly beautiful beaded hem called a veranda, which is essential for luxurious hammocks!
For a long service life, the extra thick warps are manually connected to the net so that even large precise loads can be carried. To complete the look, the Rio natura hammock fabric is finished with macramé craftsmanship.
