Battery life: intelligent battery management
If the solar charge controller is unable to charge the battery to its full capacity within 24 hours, the battery status will constantly cycle back and forth between "partially charged" and "end of discharge".
This method of operation (no regular full charge) will damage the lead acid battery within a few weeks or months.
The Battery Life algorithm monitors the battery's charge status and, if necessary, raises the load cutoff limit day by day (i.e., the load is cut off earlier) until the energy received is enough to charge the battery almost 100%.
