Our auxiliary air suspension systems are usually 2-circuit systems.
The basic set includes 2 air bellows, adjustable separately via a pressure valve, allows for slight compensation of one-sided loading, adjustable via the system compressor
2-circuit systems ensure that small loading differences can be compensated separately on the left and right sides.
The air bellows are filled to the desired pressure and can then be adjusted as needed.
On vehicles with leaf springs, an air bellow is installed between the frame and the rear axle to support the existing leaf springs.
For this purpose, the VB-SemiAir is supplied with a drain/fill valve.

Scope of delivery of the VB SemiAir Comfort Series:
VB-SemiAir basic set plus ( + ) powerful compressor, cables and all valves pre-assembled, as well as 2, with pressure gauge and 2 pneumatic control switches assembled, as a control unit suitable for dashboard or seat housing, all mounting materials.
