INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Open the lock with the key and turn 90°. This position is the installation position; you cannot remove the key in this position.
• Mark the 4 holes with a pencil. The best way to do this is to hold the lock in place on the plate.
The sliding door lock is attached to the side wall next to the sliding door (preferably about 10 cm above the guide rail). Before continuing, check whether the sliding door will pass over the lock.
Install a hinged door lock on the side of the door that can be locked from the inside.
• Drill the holes with a 3.20 mm drill bit.
• Grease the holes, attach the foam rubber seal over the holes.
• Secure the lock with the special self-tapping screws provided using a 4 mm Allen key.
