VB-SemiAir 2-circuit air spring kit basic version
Our auxiliary air suspension systems are usually 2-circuit systems.
The basic set includes 2 air bellows, adjustable separately via a pressure valve, allowing for a small compensation of one-sided loading ( adjustable at a service station, delivery does not include a compressor ).
2-circuit systems ensure that small loading differences can be compensated separately on the left and right sides.
The air bellows are filled to the desired pressure and can then be adjusted as needed.
On vehicles with leaf springs, an air bellow is installed between the frame and the rear axle to support the existing leaf springs.
For this purpose, the VB-SemiAir is supplied with a drain/fill valve.

Scope of delivery basic system:
2 bellows (Ø see below) with mounting brackets and filling valves,
Air switches and coupling switches, air lines (pipes),
Brake conversion accessories (if necessary), installation instructions (German), TÜV certificate
