The sleeping bag should be washed at 30°C.

When using and caring for your sleeping bag, follow these guidelines:

1. For best insulation, shake the sleeping bag vigorously before use.
2. Open the sleeping bag after use and ventilate well.
3. To extend the life of your sleeping bag, it is recommended to use a sheet bag.
4. Individual stains can usually be rubbed off very well with lukewarm soapy water and a sponge, light dirt with a stiff brush.
5. If the sleeping bag is very dirty, you can wash it in the washing machine as follows: Wash the sleeping bag in a large regular washing machine, DO NOT use a top-loading machine! Max. Water temperature 30°C . Use a mild liquid detergent . After washing, rinse thoroughly at least 5 times. Squeeze out the water or spin for max. 20 seconds, DO NOT wring!
6. Drying instructions: Tumble dry on "low heat". Alternatively, place the wet sleeping bag on a drying rack. Shake well after drying. NEVER hang to dry!
