It fits well because of the curvature of the van. The rigid frame does not warp. The blinds also curve and fit well. The wall thickness adjustment margin is only 3 mm, which makes installation difficult. The instructions are not helpful, but you can find it on YouTube. The appropriate thickness of the inner mounting strip is 27-30 mm for attaching the inner curtain, but too thin for clip tightening. You have to use 3-5 mm extra under the clips so that the window tightens well against the car's sheet metal.
The Sika Lastomer 710 in the instructions is really terrible stuff; it doesn't dry at all, so the windows are only attached with clips. If I do window installation in the future, I will switch to some adhesive compound, so that clips are not needed at all.
The factory should definitely change the adjustment margin of the outer and inner frame to about 10 mm.These windows must be installed with butyl sealant, because the car body is constantly moving, and if you install with adhesive sealant, there will be problems with tightness.
